Off LimitZ & S3 Ladies — Returns and Refunds

Our apparel is pressed to order. We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection or change of mind. Please review sizing information before ordering.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email sampson3holdings@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. We cover any required return shipping for these issues.

Please contact us before sending an item back so we can provide return instructions.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
